Student Support 

We thank you for choosing us to help you through your journey to an exciting and new career! We are here to support you with any technical issues you may need. 


For any additional support, check out our Student Hub. There you will find mental health, social services, and career preparation resources while and after you complete your programming with us! 

ChooseU Students use Zoom and Slack to communicate with instructors, staff, classmates, and access instructional materials. You will find links to help you troubleshoot the most common issues with these platforms. 

 

In addition, ChooseU Students will have access to the Handshake platform, and you can find resources below if you experience any issues.
 

If you cannot resolve your technical problem with these platforms, or you require assistance with a ChooseU-issued laptop or hotspot device, please email learner.helpdesk@choose-u.org to receive additional support. Please allow for 1-2 business days for a response.
