In Partnership with Atlanta's Hotel Industry, this program addresses immediate workforce needs while investing in the long-term success of hotel leadership talent. The FIFA World Cup 2026 is driving unprecedented demand for hospitality staffing in Atlanta.

Who is This Program For?
- Age Group: 18+ seeking a stepping stone career.
- No educational minimum or maximum.
- Must reside in Atlanta or Greater Metropolitan Area.
- Must undergo and pass a criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong English language skills (Bi-lingual is a plus).
- An inherent passion to serve others and create exceptional guest experiences.
- Aspire to build a long-term career in the hospitality industry.
- Willing to start at the bottom, work hard, and embrace excellence.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Show adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Coachable and open to personal growth through leadership development.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, and both AM and PM shifts.
- Can commit to the full training and coaching program (3 weeks + 6 mos on the job support).
- Students are required to have a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook, and a stable internet connection.

Program Features
- CGSP exam preparation and testing
- Career services and employer connections
- Industry exposure: facility visit/guest speakers where available
- Success Coaches for learners and employers for ~6 months
- Retention coaching, feedback loops, and career progression planning
- Scholarship-funded; active job search expected post-completion
Hotel Day
Fridays are dedicated to immersive experiences at our partner hotels. You'll have the option to attend an AM or PM session where you will:
- Meet and greet with hotel leadership, including the General Manager.
- Tour the hotel to understand its operations.
- Gain hands-on experience through job shadowing.
