The initial 3-week program is free to the participant. Participants will get to learn about opportunities in the hospitality field, review and update their current resumé, and prepare them for the job interview and networking process.
This program is only open to Atlanta, GA residents at this time.
Are you interested in entering the hotel and hospitality industry?
*When a participant lands a position at an area hotel, they will receive support from our Learner and Employer Success Coaches (with their supervisor) from the start of their employment, all the way toward and after their probationary period–usually about 3 months on the job.
They will also provide guidance through their current job and suggest potential management opportunities throughout their career.
*Participants that complete and graduate from our program and clear onboarding requirements will have the opportunity to interview for a position at a hotel in the area. However, they will not be guaranteed a position.
